Premium Desktop Application:

  • Local Processing: All document processing occurs on your machine - we have no access to this data.

Free Web Service:

  • Uploaded documents and their extracted transaction data will be retained as long as your account is active.
  • If you request account deletion, all your data including email address, uploaded documents, and transaction data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  • Documents used for AI training will be retained in our training dataset unless specifically requested to be removed.

Premium Desktop Application:

  • Only your email address and subscription status are stored on our servers.
  • All documents and transactions are stored locally on your machine - you control their retention and deletion.
  • If you request account deletion, your account information will be removed from our servers.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:

Access: You can request access to the data we hold about you.

Correction: You can request that we correct any inaccuracies in your data.
